CBD

WHAT IS CBD?

CBD is short for cannabidiol, a naturally occurring chemical compound found in the cannabis plant. CBD is one of the main compounds in the plant and has been reported to have potential therapeutic properties, although more research is needed to confirm these effects. Unlike its counterpart THC, CBD does not have psychoactive effects and does not produce the "high" commonly associated with marijuana use.

WHAT LOCATIONS DO YOU SHIP TO?

As of 2021, all 50 states in the United States allow the use and shipment of CBD products that are derived from hemp. This change in regulation came with the passing of the 2018 Farm Bill, which legalized hemp and hemp-derived products, including CBD, on a federal level. However, We reserve the right not to ship to states or territories where local laws conflict with the Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. This product does not ship to the following states due to Delta 8 THC being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont. If you believe that your state laws have recently been updated to allow for the legality of Delta 8 THC, or if you feel that there is language supporting its legality in your state, please contact us at 571-395-4044 with relevant information and links to full-text versions of your state laws for review.

It is important to note that some states may have additional restrictions or regulations in place regarding the use and sale of CBD products. Additionally, some states may have specific laws regarding the amount of THC (the psychoactive component of marijuana) that is allowed in CBD products. It is always best to check with your local laws and regulations to ensure that you are in compliance.

HOW DO YOU GUARANTEE THE QUALITY OF YOUR PRODUCTS?

To ensure the quality of CBD/THC products, we typically implement a number of measures, such as:

Source of the hemp or marijuana plant: It is essential to source high-quality hemp or marijuana plants from reputable suppliers to produce high-quality CBD or THC products.

Extraction methods: The method of extraction used to produce the CBD or THC can have a significant impact on the quality of the final product. We may use methods such as CO2 extraction, which is considered the gold standard for producing high-quality extracts, to ensure the purity and potency of the final product.

Third-party lab testing: To verify the potency, purity, and quality of the product, we often perform third-party lab testing. This testing includes analysis of the product's composition, as well as product testing to assess its effectiveness.

Manufacturing practices: By following good manufacturing practices (GMPs) and adhering to strict production processes, we can ensure that our products are of the highest quality and consistently meet customer expectations.

By implementing these measures, we can provide assurance to our customers that our CBD or THC products are of the highest quality and meet industry standards.
